Shipping Policy:

Shipping within the Philippines is free for the initial sending out of the item. If you wish to make changes to the items ordered, you will be responsible for your own shipping cost and will also be responsible for the shipping cost when we return the items to you. Please bear in mind, when you make your order, you have to be sure of the karat, carat and the sizes that way, we will be able to give you the correct rings and items.

Shipping cost for shipment outside the Philippines shall be the expense and responsibility of the client.

Payment Policy:

Payment shall be done through bank deposit or paypal payment. Items will not be shipped or custom made orders cannot be started unless payment is received.

Return Policy:

Items only with defects can be returned and must be returned within 7 days for a full refund.

All sales are final on any custom made or special order items and will not be exchanged or returned.

All returned items must be in their original conditions, undamaged and unused.

Do not mark on the package any such words as diamond, jewelry, or other words that would entice theft.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Ship the items via Air21 of Fedex and make sure to have it insured.
